About the Opportunity
Grant Advance is looking for multiple full-time Senior Sales Consultants to work fully remotely from anywhere within Canada.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key role in helping charitable organizations across North America access funding through our grant research platform. This is a full-cycle sales role, requiring both strong consultative selling skills and the ability to independently manage and close deals in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach via email and phone
- Leading online demos and consultations with charities using Zoom
- Identifying prospect pain points and aligning them with platform solutions
- Demonstrating the value of the platform through personalized grant research
- Closing deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless buying experience
- Maintaining a high-volume sales pipeline and updating progress in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Writing personalized follow-up communications to encourage conversions
- Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to improve outcomes
- Staying informed on industry trends, challenges, and competitor offerings
- Sharing performance insights and strategies with the team and Sales Manager
- Working independently while contributing to a supportive and ethical team culture
About You
To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of high-level sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales, along with a proven track record of closing deals. A strong ability to conduct virtual product demos and communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) will also be essential. You must also have access to a reliable computer (not a Chromebook) and high-speed internet, as this is a fully remote role.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Experience working or volunteering with charities or foundations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (bonus points for Pipedrive)
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
- Experience with outbound cold-calling and email-based outreach
As our ideal candidate, you're a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about making a difference. You’re comfortable working independently, but collaborative and generous with your time when it comes to supporting your team. You’re adaptable, tech-savvy, and highly organized in managing your sales pipeline and day-to-day priorities.
This is a mission-driven sales role where you'll be helping charitable organizations across North America reach their goals. We’re looking for driven, compassionate professionals who value relationships over pressure, and who are eager to grow within a company that’s truly making an impact.
